When you authorize the Kraft and Sons client portal to connect to your QuickBooks Online company, we may access information made available through the QuickBooks Online integration and necessary to provide our services.

Depending on the services we provide, this may include information such as:

• Customers and vendors
• Invoices and payments
• Bills and bill payments
• Bank and credit-card transactions
• Accounts and account balances
• Payroll-related accounting information where authorized and necessary

Disconnecting QuickBooks Online does not necessarily require immediate deletion of information previously obtained and incorporated into accounting records or other business records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no electronic system or method of transmitting information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Third-Party Services

The QuickBooks Online integration relies on services provided by third parties, including Intuit and other service providers used by Kraft and Sons to operate its business and client portal.

Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms governing their services.

9. Your Choices

You may request that Kraft and Sons disconnect your QuickBooks Online company from the client portal.
